Healthcare Recruitment Consultant

Founded in 2015 by a NHS dementia specialist, Hometouch's vision is to improve the quality of live in care across the UK with a particular focus on improving outcomes in dementia care.

Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard and ensure a good level of compliance for our live in carer community
Work closely with the Head of Recruitment and other departments to ensure the business is well staffed with high quality live in carers
Proactively contact prospective applicants for pre-screening calls and conduct video interviews to assess suitability for the role
Support applicants throughout the Recruitment journey to maintain a high level of compliance, training requirements, references and DBS are in line with CQC safe recruitment practices
Consistently uphold best practice and be a role model for the wider business
Job requirements
Who are you?
You may have experience working in social care recruitment, preferably live in care but not essential.
You must have strong customer service skills and enjoy speaking with people over the phone
Lots of energy, ambitious positive attitude and an outgoing approach
Strong ability to empathise and communicate with a wide range of backgrounds
Comfortable with metrics and managing marketing channels and tracking KPIs across multiple channelsHigh level of attention to detail in understanding compliance, references and other key dimensions of the recruitment process
An excellent assessor of competencies, personality, attitude and skills
Ability to multitask and work on different tasks simultaneously and to deadlinesComfortable working to stretch KPIs
